When international big brands price walking
tractors at thousands of dollars, we always believe that mature technology
should not be an excuse for sky-high prices. With more than ten years of deep
cultivation in the agricultural machinery field, our walking tractors adopt
wear-resistant cast iron boxes and reinforced gear transmission systems that
are of the same standard as international brands. After 5,000 hours of
continuous tillage testing without failure, we control the price at 1/2 of that
of international brands. Take the 20-horsepower mainstream walking tractor as
an example, under the same configuration, it saves at least 1,000 US dollars in
purchase costs for South African farmers. The maturity of technology is
reflected in the stability with a failure rate of less than 0.3%, rather than
the inflated brand premium, so that every penny is spent on the blade.
In traditional foreign trade, links such as dealer
markups, logistics transfer losses, and cumbersome customs clearance make the
price of agricultural machinery double and take too long when it reaches
farmers. We innovatively launch the "one-stop door-to-door service"
for some agricultural machinery:
1.
Local pickup: We have a
logistics warehouse in Johannesburg. After the order is confirmed, we will
deliver the agricultural machinery to the Johannesburg logistics warehouse (the
logistics takes about 45 days). After the arrival, you can directly pick up the
goods at our logistics warehouse.
2.
Clearance and delivery
included: At the same time, we are equipped with a local logistics team to
handle customs documents for free. You can pay a small part of the logistics
fee, and we will deliver the tractor to the farm gate.
3.
Service model: Each tractor is
accompanied by an English operation manual, and engineers provide online
service support.
Can a single tractor cope with diverse agricultural needs? We create the most complete agricultural tool ecosystem in the industry:
4.
Basic tillage category: A
12-horsepower walking tractor can be matched with a 1.2-meter-wide rotary
tiller (the soil turning depth reaches 25cm) and a disc plow (adapted to heavy
clay soil). The efficiency in the sowing season is 8 times higher than that of
traditional ox plowing.
5. Special for cash crops: Aiming at the pain points of cassava planting in South Africa, we develop cassava ridgers (the ridge spacing is accurate to 70cm) and root excavators (the damage rate is <5%). A set of equipment completes the whole process from planting to harvesting, which is 15 times more efficient than manual work.
6.
Multi-scenario adaptation: In
the rainy season, it is standard with a 3-inch centrifugal pump (the lift is 30
meters). In the dry season, a film mulcher can be installed (the film coverage
rate is 98%). In the harvest season, it is matched with a small mower
(processing 5 hectares of grassland per day). A tractor is transformed into an
"omnipotent agricultural station".
As the second largest food crop in Africa, cassava
has a planting area of more than 500,000 hectares in South Africa, but the
mechanization rate is less than 10%. We launch targeted solutions:
7.
Cultivation link: The special
cassava planter completes ditch digging, fertilizing and sowing at one time,
with the row spacing error <3cm, which is 20 times more efficient than
manual sowing.
8.
Harvest link: The vibratory
cassava excavator shakes off the tubers through the hydraulic system. A single
device can harvest 8 tons per day, solving the problems of low efficiency and
large loss in traditional manual excavation.
9.
After-sales guarantee: Cassava
equipment enjoys a 3-year free warranty. Vulnerable parts (such as excavation
chains) are inventoried to cover 90% of the main planting areas, and
maintenance needs are responded to within 24 hours.
When the walking tractor is no longer an expensive
production tool but a reachable key to wealth, every inch of farmland in South
Africa will glow with new vitality. We look forward to standing side by side
with more farmers, making high-cost-performance agricultural machinery a solid
bond of Sino-African friendship, and cultivating a harvest picture of common
development on the African continent.
